  • Build right-click menus for your site. For this purpose you should appoint a peculiar method for the object you want. The current X,Y of the mouse pointer or your own ones can be used for the context menu.
  • Design menus absolutely based on CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). It is possible to apply the personal CSS styles for every elements of the menu.
  • When the submenu is bigger than the visible page area, the size of submenu will be automatically decreased. To view all the submenu items you do not need to use scrollbars or something like that - just put your mouse to the bottom of a submenu and it will be automagically scrolled! Q: I recently purchased your Deluxe-Tabs product and I am trying to create tabs that occupy 100% width with each tab being equal width.

Right now when I specify 100% menu width all of the tabs are difference sizes (widths).

How do I control the individual tab width?


A: You should use Individual Item styles to achieve this effect.

See the attached example.

You should set:

  var bmenuWidth="100%";

I have 5 items in my example, so I've created Individual Style

  var bstyles = [
["bitemWidth=20%"],
];

And assign it for all items:
["Item 1 aaaaa ssssss","", "", "", "", "", "0", "", "", ],
["Item 2 ffff jjjjjjjjjj","", "", "", "", "", "0", "", "", ],

But notice that items width cannot be smaller than the width of its'text. So it is possible that you'll have different size of some itemsif your window have a small size.


Q: I have the cursor set as pointer – on some of the top menu items there is no link behind it yet the cursor still turns to a pointer.

Is there any way to have it so it only becomes a pointer if there is a link?


A: Unfortunately, you can set different cursor type for the menu items.


Q: Is it possible to expand thetree menu javascript in a predefined way?
Lets say, Item 1 expanded, Item 2 not expanded, anyway, it should look like I select it in the ITEMS program window.
Now it is exanded completely or not, like I use the switch in the common parameters.



A: You can expand some items by default.
Add '+' sign before items text in that case:

Q: Which parameters do I change so that the background of the top level menu names change their background?


A: If you want to change the background of the top level menu items onlyyou should use Individual Item Styles and change them.

For example, you have:
